We are pleased to announce the Solium 401(k) Plan will merge into the Morgan Stanley 401(k) Plan on January 2, 2020. The plan merger means lower plan-related cost options and more investment choices for you through the Morgan Stanley 401(k) Plan. In addition, if your Eligible Pay is less than $100,000 for the year, you will receive an additional non-matching contribution of 2% of your Eligible Pay.
