On March 12, the Firm learned that providers in One Medical’s 18 New York metro locations will no longer be in network with UnitedHealthcare as of March 22. The Firm is exploring options with the goal of continuing to provide easy access to affordable and quality care by One Medical. We will share more information as it is available.
This change does not affect:
- One Medical providers in locations outside NY;
- One Medical’s virtual Treat Me Now service, which continues to be available at no cost to employees and family members enrolled in the Firm’s medical plan through Cigna or UHC. To consult with a virtual provider, click the Treat Me Now button in One Medical’s mobile app; or
- The Firm’s three onsite health centers in New York metro (1585, NY Plaza and Purchase), which all employees may use regardless of participation in the Firm’s medical plan
