Employee Eligibility

You may participate in the Firm’s benefit plans if you are a U.S. benefits-eligible employee. Generally, a U.S. benefits-eligible employee is a full-time salaried employee or a part-time salaried employee who is regularly scheduled to work 50% or more of a standard full-time work week.
