To help make living with diabetes easier and healthier, Morgan Stanley has introduced a diabetes management and support program administered by Livongo. The Livongo for Diabetes Program is free of charge to employees and their dependents with a diabetes diagnosis (type 1 or type 2) who are enrolled in the Firm’s Medical Plan through Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Kaiser or HMSA.
When you enroll in the program, you’ll receive at no cost to you:
- An advanced meter that uploads your blood glucose readings to a secure online account, real-time personalized tips and optional family alerts to keep everyone in the loop
- Personalized, expert support from Livongo coaches. Communicate with certified diabetes educators anytime about diabetes questions on nutrition or lifestyle changes.
- Unlimited test strips and supplies mailed to your home.
