Heart Health Resources

Heart disease is the leading cause of death for both men and women, but it is preventable and treatable with the right care. Morgan Stanley has a wealth of programs and resources to help you reduce your risk for heart disease — by managing stress levels, losing weight, quitting smoking, exercising more and eating a healthier diet — and manage any current heart conditions:

Health Coaching Programs

Virtual health coaching is available at no cost to you through the Firm’s Medical Plan. A coach will help you set goals (nutrition, weight management, fitness, stress management, smoking cessation, etc.) and give you the tools and support you need to achieve them. Onsite health coaching is available at the NYC and Westchester onsite health centers. Learn More
