If you are enrolled in the Firm’s Medical Plan through Cigna or UnitedHealthcare and need assistance with mental health or substance abuse issues, you and your enrolled family members have access to confidential and quality care through your medical plan.
HOW IT WORKS
Mental health and substance abuse treatment is covered the same as any other medical condition. You are not limited to a certain number of visits throughout the year, nor do you need referrals for outpatient treatment (except as noted in the chart below). You may see any provider you choose but your benefits will be reduced if you select a provider that does not participate in the Cigna or UnitedHealthcare Behavioral Health networks. For help finding an in-network provider, call the Member Services number on the back of your medical ID card.
